NATIONAL NUTRITION WEEK 2018 A week dedicated to nutrition, something that we all should value in our lives but we don't. Nutrition week is celebrated all over the world from the 1st of September to the 7th of September every year. Right from when a baby is born, it is only the right nutrition that helps the baby grow healthily and quickly. However, these days with so much development happening all around and in the food industry that is focusing more on Instagramy foods and decor, real nutrition is vanishing from our plates in a much faster rate. With easily available options for junk, refined sugar and sodium-laced foods, people have forgotten the value to real nutrition. Decreased nourishment isn't just caused by lack of food but also by replacing nutritious food with excessively refined junk food. With obesity slowly killing us each day, it has become absolutely necessary for us to go back to our bases and include protein-rich, high-fibre, good fats rich foods to our diet.
NATIONAL NUTRITION WEEK 2018 It is very Important for the people to carry out a proper timetable of the Lunch and Dinner for eating the Food for their better Health. Many of the people in India, Eat their Food before the Evening as it is reported by the Scientists that every food for it’s Digestion takes atleast 4 Hours to completely digest the Food and give Energy to the Body. National Nutrition Week is used to celebrate for making the people to know about the proper Health by eating proper Nutrition Foods and to get them the Importance of the Nutrition to their Body. Every people should get better Body for their work in any Small as well as Big Companies. Now-a-days every Company requires that type of person who can be able to take a lot of pressure and work for more Hours with all the difficult as well as Simple Tasks to be achieved in a particular time period. People today are used to work for more than 12 to 14 hours and they are pressurized to do all the work for a limited time period. So It is important for every people to keep their Health Better with proper Nutritious food to be eaten daily to keep their Body better after a lot of stressful work.

What is Bone Mineral Density (BMD) ? •Bone Mineral Density (BMD) determines your bone health, the amount of minerals, mainly calcium in your bones. •Proper amounts of minerals in bones keep them healthy and strong. 2. How can I help slow down bone loss and prevent osteoporosis ? •Eat foods rich in calcium (milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, dark green lettuce, almonds). •Take a calcium pill daily. Ask your doctor for a vitamin D test. Take a separate vitamin D pill daily to help keep your vitamin D blood levels between 40-60 mg/ml. •Ask your doctor about using hormone replacement therapy. •Ask your doctor to review medications for bone health side effects. Sometimes alternatives are available. •Do weight bearing exercise such as walking, running or lifting weights • Avoid tobacco and/or alcohol as both damage bones. 4. What should I do if I have osteoporosis? •You should consult your doctor to determine what treatment plan the doctor recommends. Treatment plans are individualized based on the underlying cause of the condition. •Following the healthy habits above will help as well. •There is no cure for osteoporosis, but there are steps that can be taken to prevent, slow or stop its progress. •It is important you see your doctor, who may want to schedule additional tests, including a vitamin D test, before a treatment plan is started.
